B2A is a UK registered charity operating dental and community development programmes in North West Tanzania.

Our community development programme works with the Maskini community - the disabled, disease afflicted and elderly street people of the region.

We are helping to build the capacity of the Tanzanian health care services by providing dental training for Rural Clinical Officers. We operate a dental centre in Mwanza which donates all of its profits to our work, provides free and subsidised dental treatment to those in need, and offers dental training facilities.
