This gift enables young people to help young people. ‘The Zone’ is a program that trains the youth of today to be the solution to the problems they see in the world.

On summer expeditions, young people from the UK provide activity weeks for ‘at risk’ children in Ethiopia, India and Burma. For children living in poverty or distress, the activity weeks provide more than rest-bite from life. They form an essential part of ongoing support system offered by on-location partners.

The Zone teams deliver quality activities and therapy, coached by highly trained teachers and therapists. Our project partners also benefit from specialist staff training and project development.
 
This gift also empowers UK young people, from all walks of life, to engage with the wider world; it’s people, it’s problems and it’s solutions. They go to change the world and return home changed themselves.This gift will make that possible.
