Life Skills

Organisation: The Genesis Trust

Life skills sessions are tailored to the needs of clients and designed to help boost confidence, raise self-esteem and increase independence. The project runs creative activities such as art, cookery and stress busting, to help aid this process.

Clients tend to have substance abuse or mental health problems. Several are ex offenders and have been referred from other organisations within. Without this project, these individuals may struggle to overcome their problems and lead a fulfilling life. You can help by providing the practical materials for a life skills session today!
